The Stateline Bakken/Three Forks Project

Mountainview Energy Ltd. has recently purchased the Stateline Project in Sheridan County, Montana and Williams and Divide Counties, North Dakota to acquire 11,066 acres. The company will have a 100% operating interest with a 78% net revenue interest. Mountainview Energy has started to create temporary spacing units for the proposed horizontal Bakken wells planned in Sheridan County, MT. The company plans to drill its operated acreage as well as participate in Bakken/Three Forks wells as a non-operator.

The Company’s first operated Bakken well is going to be the Anderson 11-1H, which will be located in T33N-R57E, Sections 2 & 11 in Sheridan County, Montana. The Company plans to retain a 25% working interest on this Bakken well. The Company plans to spud this well in May 2012. Mountainview is planning on drilling and operating at least two other wells in the Stateline Project in 2012. The Company plans to retain at least 25% working interest in each operated well.
